I Need Answers!!

Does anyone have a jumbo flyer for an Ashford Traveler Single Drive? I just ordered and received one and am a little confused. I think it is making my yarn fuzzy after it passes through the oriface. I tried to take a picture and my camera won't cooperate. Argh. I am trying to spin singles for a sock weight yarn and it keeps snapping it after it has passed through the hooks. I can't find any rough spots after the oriface.

Really interested in hearing about other people's experience with the jumbo flyer. I have always loved my Ashford and am starting to do some production spinning and thought the jumbo would be nice.
